SLCs: I hope that the launch of SLCs was successful last week for grades 6 and 7 – and will be successful for grade 8 today. This week is the selection of artifacts in all classes. This is the responsibility of each classroom teacher. Be sure to spend time helping students brainstorm possible options and selecting the one they want to utilize. This needs to be completed by Friday. As advisors, you should also schedule 10 min of check in time Monday and Thursday to ensure your advisees are making progress on this. All the materials are found in the SLC folder.
Project X:
- Choose your T-shirt Size for Project X to support the school and initiative
International Day: I’m still trying to get clarity on the exact schedule for Friday, March 15. As soon as I do, I’ll get that out via email. Please anticipate some kind of shortened schedule with activities for all the MS in the afternoon, as well as groups of students being out in the morning helping with the cultural booths when the ES goes through the booths.
Repeat Post – Ready for Wednesday: Talk Moves- The next steps with Talk Moves is the following
- Use Talk Moves in your class at least 1 time in the next 4 weeks
